Job Summary: Are you a driven, energetic, and hungry sales professional looking to make an impact? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, acquiring new clients and placing highly skilled global professionals with U.S. companies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for closing deals, this role is for you. This position takes warm lead discovery calls, develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and is an active stakeholder in product growth, providing market research and feedback to operations and recruiting, making sales projections, and supporting staffing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt for Prospects: Identify and target prospective clients in need of remote staffing solutions. Be ready to make the calls!
Close the Deal: Take warm leads created by our hundred-strong ISR team and close the deals. Develop and implement killer sales strategies to close new business and smash sales targets.
Consult and Customize: Work with clients/prospects to understand needs analysis to understand staffing requirements and present solutions.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of remote and global staff with clients. You will be supported by sales assistants, implementation and a world class partner success team.
Support and Satisfy: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues.
Stay Sharp: Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine your sales strategies.
Pitch Perfect: Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and management.
Strategize Growth: Work with outreach and marketing teams to develop and implement staffing growth strategies.
Share Expertise: Provide industry knowledge to executive team, staffing operations and recruitment teams to build forecasting and staffing pipeline strategies.
Network and Nurture: Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to provide top-notch customer service, gain industry insights, build referrals, and generate leads.
It’s all in the detail - stay on top of your data by updating CRM (Salesforce) daily keeping accurate and timely records is a must.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of remote work trends and the benefits of global staffing solutions.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with salesforce as a sales tool.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in SMB sales - staffing services/placement services and sales.
Experience setting targets and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills and strong understanding of process lead
Very detailed and process oriented
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and mentoring experience.
