To support adoption and establish ourselves as the authority in construction administration education, we’re building a robust education ecosystem: CEU-accredited courses, certification badges, and a living knowledge base.

We’re hiring a Customer Education Specialist to build these materials hands-on.

The Role

This is a hands-on content creation role. You won’t just design strategy, you’ll be building the actual courses, tutorials, and training content that our users consume.

You will:

  • Create CEU-accredited courses.
  • Build the Bronze → Silver → Gold badge training paths.
  • Manage and expand our Knowledge Base.
  • Develop interactive Arcade walkthroughs, video tutorials, and learning resources.
  • Package courses for SCORM/LMS delivery.

Key Responsibilities

       CEU Course Development

  • Build CEU-accredited courses in partnership with ASID, IIDA, AIA.
  • Break down construction administration into modules that are engaging, clear, and practical.

        Certification & Training Paths

  • Expand our Bronze → Silver → Gold badge training series.
  • Create structured onboarding courses and advanced skills programs.
  • Develop short video lessons, Arcade walkthroughs, and practical exercises.

       Knowledge Base Ownership

  • Own and manage the Design.efficiently Knowledge Base.
  • Translate blogs, feature releases, and workflows into structured learning content.
  • Keep materials updated with each product release.

       Content Production

  • Partner with GPT + tools like Arcade, Loom, or Articulate to produce:
    • Video tutorials
    • Interactive guidesWritten documentation
  • Ensure all content is polished, clear, and brand-aligned.

Qualifications

  • 3 -5+ years as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, or Customer Education Specialist.
  • Proven portfolio of courses, tutorials, or interactive training you personally built.
  • Strong hands on skills with:
    • SCORM/xAPI course packaging
    • Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
    • LMS Systems
    • Arcade or similar tools
    • Basic Graphics/video editing (Canva,, Adobe, Riverside,Loom)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (GPT) for content creation.
  • Bonus: Background in interior design or construction administration.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • CEU courses launched and accredited within first 9–12 months.
  • Badge series (Bronze → Silver → Gold) fully built out and embedded in user onboarding.
  • Knowledge Base continuously updated and widely used by customers.
  • A steady flow of polished, user-ready training content delivered on time.
