As a 3D Visualizer in the Architecture & Visualization division at Efficiently, you will work directly with US-based clients and manage their projects end-to-end. You will deliver high-quality visual content for residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, institutional, and industrial projects. Your role involves creating photorealistic renderings, cinematic walkthroughs, and detailed 3D models, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual to detailed models, site and landscape designs, and camera compositions.
- Produce photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and flythroughs (day/night, interior/exterior).
- Prepare and optimize materials, textures, lighting, and compositions for realism and accuracy.
- Import, clean up, and optimize files from Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, FBX, OBJ, etc.
- Manage rendering pipeline, color grading, compositing, and animations.
- Review client inputs, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet design intent and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and rendering libraries.
- Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with consistent quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in architectural & interior visualization (preferably US projects).
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, UV mapping, composition, and post-production.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or in teams.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, D5, Lumion (real-time visualization).
- Exposure to VR/AR workflows, animation pipelines, or motion graphics.
- Photography or cinematic background (composition, lighting, color grading).
- Location: Work from Home (WFH) – Full-time (India-Based Candidates Only)
- Shift Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM IST
- IT Requirements: Strong internet connection required (details will be provided during the interview)
- Portfolio Requirement: During the interview process, you will be asked to provide project examples that highlight your practical work experience.
