Efficiently is an enterprise SaaS platform transforming the design and construction industry. Our platform replaces spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected tools with one structured system for catalog management, presentations, finish schedules, approvals, and AI-powered workflows.

We are now scaling our data infrastructure and looking for an analytics professional who can bridge Amplitude event analytics with SaaS business intelligence — connecting product usage, activation, retention, and revenue metrics into one cohesive story.


Role Overview

You’ll be the analytical backbone of Efficiently’s SaaS growth model — owning instrumentation, data quality, and performance analysis across marketing, product, and revenue teams.

You’ll define how we measure and optimize the SaaS funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue) and build dashboards that guide real decisions — not just vanity metrics.


Key Responsibilities

Instrumentation & Data Quality

  • Architect and maintain event tracking across product and marketing experiences using Amplitude.

  • Define taxonomy for events and properties (naming conventions, hierarchy, source of truth).

  • Partner with engineers to ensure precise instrumentation and retroactive QA.

SaaS Funnel Analytics

  • Design, implement, and analyze metrics for:

    • Activation rate, conversion rate, retention, churn, expansion.

    • CAC / LTV modeling, payback period, ARR growth.

    • Cohort and funnel analysis (trial-to-paid, user activation, upgrade journeys).

  • Partner with Growth to correlate marketing metrics with product engagement and SQL pipeline.

Business & Pipeline Insights

  • Connect Amplitude usage data with Salesforce/HubSpot pipeline to track how product usage drives SQLs, Opps, and ARR.

  • Develop dashboards that bridge marketing, product, and sales data.

  • Identify signals of healthy accounts (feature usage, frequency, collaboration).

Experimentation & A/B Testing

  • Design and evaluate A/B tests across product and growth channels.

  • Use data to recommend next steps, feature prioritization, and campaign changes.

Enablement & Collaboration

  • Build dashboards and train teams (Product, Growth, Sales) to self-serve insights.

  • Communicate data stories clearly to leadership — what’s working, what’s not, and why.


Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 4–6 years in SaaS analytics or product growth analytics.

  • Deep expertise with Amplitude (events, cohorts, retention, funnels).

  • Strong command of SaaS metrics — CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, activation, retention, MRR expansion.

  • SQL proficiency for data extraction and cleaning.

  • Proven experience connecting marketing/product data with sales pipeline (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels (PLG and sales-assisted).

Preferred:

  • BI experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).

  • ETL familiarity (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte).

  • Basic Python for data analysis/automation.

  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and data quality governance.


Success in 90 Days

  • Implement complete event taxonomy across product.

  • Deliver dashboards tracking trial activation, conversion, retention, ARR.

  • Integrate Amplitude → HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline reporting.

  • Present the first cohort analysis linking product engagement → ARR growth.
