We’re scaling fast and need a Growth Marketing Manager who can roll up their sleeves and drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be hands-on across channels — from paid campaigns to nurture flows — building the funnel that connects awareness to revenue. This is a builder role for someone who wants to experiment, test, and prove what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta retargeting, email nurtures).
- Own Klaviyo flows, landing pages, and A/B tests to drive MQL - SQL conversion.
- Manage attribution, dashboards, and funnel metrics in Salesforce
- Run SEO/SEM experiments and content distribution to capture demand.
- Partner with Sales on ABM campaigns and clean lead handoffs.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Deliver regular reporting on CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably demand gen/growth.
- Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working in dashboards.
- AI-curiosity — using ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar tools in your workflow.
- A builder mindset: scrappy, resourceful, thrives in fast-moving environments.
