Efficiently is growing fast, and we’re hiring a client-facing Interior Designer to join our sales team.

This is a hybrid role that blends design expertisecommunication, and sales leadership.

You’ll join demos, explain design workflows, guide prospects, and at times lead full sales calls when design credibility matters.

What you’ll do

  • Join demos as the design expert
  • Show how selections, specs & presentations work in Efficiently
  • Build trust with interior designers and design-build teams
  • Lead calls when design perspective drives the conversation
  • Help the sales team close deals faster
  • Bring real insights back to marketing & product
  • Be the SME for Interior Design

Who you are

  • A designer with 3–8 years experience
  • Confident & confident in Sales
  • Strong communicator, empathic, articulate
  • Tech-savvy + excited by better workflows
  • Looking for a role beyond traditional design
  • Ready to change the industry

This role is NOT:

  • Training
  • Support
  • Production design
  • Cold outbound sales
