Position Overview:
As a Demand Generation Manager (Growth Hacker) at .efficiently you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to rapidly expand our user base and drive revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, and product optimization to identify opportunities, implement experiments, and scale successful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, analytical problem-solver, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. THIS IS A PERMANENT REMOTE OPPORTUNITY. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to acquire new users and increase retention rates.
  • Continuously analyze our marketing funnel performance and drive growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to ideate, implement and analyze growth tactics that drive incrementality in customer acquisition and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and influencers to build a sustainable growth setup
  • Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns plans that target key audiences to achieve strategy results
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Manage digital marketing channels such as paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Work in collaboration with our product team and brand manager to develop
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously measure and analyze marketing performance to make adjustments and improve the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and services and provide feedback to Product Development teams through regular competitor reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, incorporating new techniques to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. 
  •  5+ Years, with a proven track record of success in growth marketing, within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and running omnichannel programs within multiple areas, including paid acquisition, landing pages, email and content
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce,
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and achieving measurable results.
